Not too long ago, we told you how Celina Jaitly apparently threw Sunny Leone and her husband, Daniel Weber out of her penthouse where they were living as tenants. Well, even though the couple doesn’t live in her house anymore, Celina seems to have gone on a rampage about Sunny and Daniel. In an interview, Celina made some shocking statements about Sunny.

1. On Sunny staying illegaly

I had to stay in a hotel with my two-and-a-half year-old twin sons because Sunny Leone and her husband wouldn’t vacate my place. They had no legal ground to keep possession of my home.

2. On why Celina is regretful

And to think that I rented them my home out of compassion. No one was willing to give accommodation to Sunny and her insufferably arrogant and rude husband. I agreed. Only to regret my decision.

3. On how Sunny & Daniel maintained “low hygiene standards”

What they’ve done to my house amounts to plunder and destruction. It’s a like a Tsunami has passed through my once-beautiful penthouse. All my antique furniture was dismantled and dumped on the open terrace to rot. Brand new teak shelves were ripped off. Holes were drilled into the walls to install CCT cameras without our permission. Even the refrigerator and washing machine were damaged. I have to say Ms. Leone and her husband maintained very low hygiene standards.

4. On being threatened by Daniel

Daniel is an unbelievably arrogant man. He sent my husband such rude emails. I don’t know Sunny Leone. But I felt sorry for her, for where she came from. And I generously rented our home to her and husband. Is this how they repay my generosity? Daniel Weber is a foreigner and yet he has been threatening and bullying me through his representatives.

5. On their games

Sunny Leone and her husband have chalked out specific roles for themselves in Mumbai and the film industry. She plays the Good Cop. He plays the Bad Cop. Playing their games they’ve pissed off the entire entertainment industry in Mumbai. Would I ever be willing to offer accommodation to a foreigner again? I don’t think so. I am generous. But I am not stupid.

When Daniel was asked about his comment about the issue, he simply said:

We don’t respond to garbage news put out by other celebs to bash us to gain self-publicity. Comments about me are baseless, and don’t concern me or Sunny. We are here to work and we are busier than ever. That’s all that matters.

Anushka Sharma does not really need to prove herself to anyone in Bollywood anymore. The young actress who turned producer with her film NH10 just showed everyone that she can easily pull the weight of a film without the help of an established male/female superstar! Shanvi is a very emotional person, at the same time very strong, when it comes to the work ie profession, very hardworking in real, reel all sort of lives and very sensitive too and when it comes to family. Family is my strength and weakness. I am emotional and people can see it on my face. I can’t act in real life. I am what I am. I can’t fake.

Nikita Nagwani: Describe your character in upcoming flick – Masterpiece?
Shanvi Srivastava:It’s a versatile role it has comedy, romance. And I have played a different character than the ones I have done before. I am not too serious in the movie, I’ll be entertaining.

Nikita Nagwani: Your love for exploring new languages is great. Don’t you find it challenging? Expressing and acting in altogether a new language?
Shanvi Srivastava:It is very challenging, No doubt. One of the toughest things I have done is this. And South Indian languages are very confusing, you know! They all sound same to the person who doesn’t know South Indian languages. But when you go in detail every language is very different from each other. You have to transform yourself according to the language, according to the way people express. Every time I am in for a new language like Tamil or Telgu, I have to understand how people speak, and their pronunciations. I keep looking at their lips, how they speak that particular language and their expressions. It’s like a homework I have to do before the movie. (Laughs)

Nikita Nagwani: Challenges that you’re facing/have faced?
Shanvi Srivastava:Generally people think that it’s an easy thing – acting! And we have a very posh life. But when you do it, it’s one of the toughest challenges because you need to act regardless of the weather, regardless of the situations you are facing, because the producers have invested so much and because that’s what the profession demands. And u cannot let it go waste. Even if you have fever, even if you are not doing well in your personal life, you can do nothing, you have to work!
Nikita Nagwani:The real hard work is behind the scenes. Over the screen u look so fine and so polished!
Shanvi Srivastava:Exactly! In one show audience makes the judgement whether it’s a hit or flop but they do not see the hard work behind it! When a particular song needs to be shot we go in different countries where temperature varies. India is like 45 degrees and then we have to fly to New Zealand where it is -5 degrees and in that temperature we have to dance in the snow (Laughs) despite of what we are feeling. These are the challenges we face.

Nikita Nagwani: Do you consider yourself lucky to be working with established actors/directors so early?
Shanvi Srivastava:Yes, very lucky because I started at the age of 19 and being a child artist it was preety early to start and I worked with great directors like Ram Gopal Verma. And it’s always a different experience when you work with a new director than with the polished directors! You learn alot from all the fresh actors and also the senior actors.

Nikita Nagwani:Has stardom changed you at all?
Shanvi Srivastava:Not at all, when I met my school friends after 10-12 years, initially they use to think that – now that she has become actor she must have changed and they started behaving formal but after some time they were like, you haven’t changed and it’s good to hear. And why to change be just the way you are.

Nikita Nagwani: What does a guy need to do if he wants to impress you? (What pleases you most?)
Shanvi Srivastava:Amm… (Thinks) I think if a guy needs to impress, he has to be honest at not fake! He should care and understand me first rather than more of a sudden love. First thing is he should be understanding and caring. Love and all comes behind all of this, automatically and gradually.

Nikita Nagwani: Absolutely, Every girl wants the same!
Shanvi Srivastava: Yes, you know the real care and love, whenever it comes; you can feel it and know when it is true. Though when some people try to fake, you get fooled, some guys are smart at that but well that’s experience as well. (Laughs)

Nikita Nagwani:What roles would you like to play?
Shanvi Srivastava:I don’t just want to stick on one role I want to experience all the roles from A to Z. From what Deepika is doing to what Vidya has done or Kangana is doing. I want to be a versatile actor. I haven’t learned acting but now that I am exploring I want to play all the roles.

Nikita Nagwani: What is the next big thing on your mind? Any plans on entering into bollywood?
Shanvi Srivastava: This year I have started thinking about it, Let see it might happen, it might not!

Nikita Nagwani:People will love you. And your fans will be happy seeing you in bollywood.
Shanvi Srivastava: God knows! Let’s see, there are polished…much polished actors in bollywood. I am hoping for the good.

Nikita Nagwani: What is the craziest thing you’ve done so far? Like any of your childhood memories?
Shanvi Srivastava:Childhood memories…I was not a notorious child. I was a simple girl and the sincere one. But in my upcoming movie – Masterpiece. The craziest thing I have done is I have performed stunts, jumping from buildings, jumping from houses and climbing the pipes. Though, the scene is short, but I enjoyed performing it.

Nikita Nagwani: Any bollywood actresses that have been your inspiration?
Shanvi Srivastava:Yes, Madhuri Dixit. She is a versatile actress. From expressions to dance, acting and everything she has always inspired me. We get little inspiration from everyone as everybody inspires us in some way.

Nikita Nagwani:What you have that none of your contemporaries have?
Shanvi Srivastava:(Giggles) Cuteness, as people have told me. But on the other hand some people in the industry think she’s just cute, she cannot do versatile acting and all that. But I just want them to know that I can, being an actor u need to try all the things naa. I did a horror movie in Kannada and that time I didn’t looked cute. Because then I am into the role, in the character I am playing. I just need to get some good scripts and the cuteness quotient will vary.

Nikita Nagwani:Your personal favourite movie role so far?
Shanvi Srivastava:It keeps changing (Laughs). Last month I saw avengers and was wondering how Scarlett was looking so good and how she did all those stunts. I was like Oh My God, I can’t forget this. It’s like whenever you see movies you want to do so many roles.

Nikita Nagwani:What has been your driving force throughout?
Shanvi Srivastava:My family. Their support.

Nikita Nagwani:Your message to youth?

Salman’s Anger Rages on Twitter

In a late night rant on twitter, actor – Salman Khan cautioned fans to troll his fellow Khans Shah Rukh and Aamir at their own peril. Followed by, threatening to quit the social networking site.


The conversation started when the 49-year-old, actor who is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film “Bajrangi Bhaijaan”, took to Twitter on Monday to show his concern over the issue by asking how many people are following him with fake identities.

The actor tweeted:

And after that there were about 2 more tweets; one on the same day and other on the following day… and it didn’t stop there (a ‘series’ of tweets were observed!). The next day there are about 20+ tweets by Salman asking his fans to behave properly or he’ll leave the twitter account. The actor also says, he was on twitter to spread love and have fun with fans but some fans have wrong thought process competing. Yes, that is what he said –

Arrested: Is It Mika Singh? Yes It Is

Mika Singh has been arrested by the Delhi police in relation to an alleged issue that took place during his live concert event held in Delhi just a couple months ago. Mika Singh slapped an ophthalmologist on April 11th and the scandal immediately went viral on the web.

The Mika Singh Live in Concert had been organised by the Ophthalmological Society in Delhi as part of a three-day conference taking place at the Delhi Pusa Institute Mela Ground. Many doctors were present at the show, who Mika referred to as “Padhey likhey Bhagwaan”. While the audience danced to his tunes, Mika requested the men to be on the sides and ladies at the center in front of the stage, throughout the evening. The incident took place towards the end of the show when the music turned off and the doctors heard Mika demanding the bouncers to bring a specific doctor to the stage. What was the doctor’s fault you may wonder? Well apparently the victim kept joining the womens’ side and that ticked off the artist.

The artist is now locked up at the Inderpuri police station. Looks like this is another birthday bash that’s proving to be unlucky for Bollywood singer Mika Singh.
